3. Products and Orders

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information.

Order Confirmation

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will notify you when your order has been accepted and processed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfer, major credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Payment Security

We use secure, encrypted payment gateways and do not store full card details on our servers.

Failed Payments

If payment fails or is declined, we may cancel your order or contact you for alternative arrangements.

5. Delivery Fees & Policy

Coverage & Partners

Accra, Tema & Kasoa: We use trusted couriers such as Yango and Bolt for fast, reliable delivery. Other regions: We deliver via partnered transport companies. Delivery to the station is free; customers pay the transport fee charged by the company.

Delivery Fees

Free delivery is available for selected areas in Accra and for orders of 3 or more products within Accra, Tema, and Kasoa.

Delivery Time

Accra, Tema & Kasoa: within 1 working day after order confirmation (often same day). Other regions: 1–2 working days depending on location. Special Orders from international partners may take 30–45 days. Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday (no Sunday delivery).

Order Confirmation & Tracking

We will call or WhatsApp to confirm your order. You’ll receive confirmation and tracking details (where available). Once prepared, orders cannot be easily changed or cancelled, but we’ll do our best to assist.

Delays

During peak periods or with large orders, deliveries may take longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you by phone or email.

6. Refund & Return Policy

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in the same condition received, with all tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@laptopiaghana.com or WhatsApp/Call +233 240 396 939. If accepted, we’ll provide a return label (where applicable) and instructions.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve quickly.

Fastest Resolution

For an exchange, return the unwanted item. Once approved, place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items Policy

If your item arrives damaged, contact us right away and provide your order number and contact details. Keep the delivery box, packing materials, and the item for carrier inspection.

7. Warranty Policy

Coverage (7 Days)

All products include a 7-day warranty covering faulty/defective items, wrong items delivered, or items that stop working within 7 days of purchase (not caused by misuse or physical damage).

Exclusions

Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, power surges, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading).

How to Claim

Contact support via +233 240 396 939 (Call/WhatsApp) within 7 days. Provide your order number, receipt, and a description and/or photo/video of the issue.

Resolution

Upon verification, we will (in order of feasibility): replace the product; offer a similar product if the exact one is unavailable; or issue a refund when replacement is not possible.

Notes

Products must be returned in original packaging and condition. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Warranty applies only to items purchased directly from LaptopiaGhana.com.

8. Intellectual Property

Website Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Laptopia or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Trademarks

Laptopia and our logo are trademarks of our company. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

User Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content.

Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us with details of the alleged infringement.

Fraudulent Activities

Do not use robots, spiders, or scrapers to access our services without written permission.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free services. We may modify or discontinue services at any time.

Product Warranties

Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Except as required by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service that gave rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Ghanaian law.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
