You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
- Item must be in the same condition you received it
- Unused, unworn, with all tags intact
- In its original packaging
- Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

- You received the wrong item

Damaged Items Policy
When your order arrives, check the package and product carefully. Some wear on the box is normal, but if your item itself is damaged:

- Keep the delivery box, packing materials, and the damaged item for inspection by the delivery carrier
