You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it
  • Unused, unworn, with all tags intact
  • In its original packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

Damaged Items Policy

When your order arrives, check the package and product carefully. Some wear on the box is normal, but if your item itself is damaged:

  • Keep the delivery box, packing materials, and the damaged item for inspection by the delivery carrier
